Mr. Scafidi has held senior executive positions that include Chairman of the Board, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer for numerous communication companies including Quest Net and iTelsa. He brings over 20 years of financial and telecommunications experience and enjoys a proven track record of successfully growing small businesses. Mr. Scafidi's auditing procedures, controlling expenses and managing cash flow have resulted in dramatically increased profitability. His experience also covers many years of involvement in mergers and acquisitions as well as the structuring of various financial vehicles specifically designed for turning companies around. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Acquisitions for Atlas Communications, a facilities-based carrier.
Mr. Scafidi will work closely with the investment community to ensure the company is properly capitalized to implement its business plan.
