INVITATION TO CAPITAL MARKET DAY ON JUNE 12 2007

Cardo will be arranging a Capital Market Day in Stockholm on Tuesday, June 12
2007 with updates and presentations on the activities and markets of its
divisions.

2005 saw the start of a process of change to create the new Cardo and ensure
profitable growth for the group. During the Capital Market Day, President and
CEO Peter Aru and the heads of the divisions will present what has been done so
far in order to create a good platform for continued development and to achieve
the set financial targets as of 2008. External specialists will also give their
views of developments in the logistics and the water and wastewater sectors.
