New subordinated loan capital                                                   

Amagerbanken has raised a loan of DKK 100m as subordinated term loan.           

The loan has a floating interest rate and a maturity of 8 years with an early   
repayment option after 5 years. The loan was raised as part of the current      
replacement of the Bank's total subordinated loan capital.
