APPOINTMENTS IN AMANDA CAPITAL
Ms. Piia Latvala (32), M.Sc.(Econ) has been appointed Investor Relations
Director in Amanda Capital Plc from June 5th 2007. Previously Ms. Latvala has
worked as portfolio manager in OKO Asset Management being responsible for the
external fund manager selection and the management of one equity fund. Prior to
that she worked as stock broker in Opstock Ltd. In addition to Amanda Capital
Plc's investor relations Ms. Latvala will devote her time in fund raising for
Amanda's private equity funds.
Mr. Marko Hovi (36), M.Sc. (Econ) has been appointed Investment Director in
Amanda Capital Plc from June 6th 2007. Mr. Hovi started to work in capital
markets in 1994 and has since worked in several senior positions for
Handelsbanken Capital Markets, Deutsche Bank, Evli Plc. and Postipankki. Mr.
Hovi joins Amanda from position of Head Of Equity Cash Trading in Handelsbanken
Capital Markets.
