OMX List Index Information (OMXN40): Adjustment of OMXN40 index due to the split and redemption procedure in Scania (14/07)

Due to the Split 5:1 and automatic redemption of one share at SEK 35 in Scania AB, Stockholm Stock Exchange will act and adjust Scania (SCV B, SE0000308280) in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the OMX Nordic All-Share, List, Sector and Tradable Indices”, rule 5.1.

The opening prices for SCV B on the ex-day May 18, 2007 will be the closing price on May 16, 2007, subtracted by SEK 35. 

The number of SCV B shares in index calculation on the ex-day will be adjusted due to the split (4:1). New number of SCV B shares in OMXN40 index will be increased to 380 000 000.
