Magma's Expanded Product Line to Show 'Design Ahead of the Curve' At DAC 2007

Demos Will Highlight Full Line of Design Software


SAN JOSE, Calif., May 10, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Magma(r) Design Automation Inc. (Nasdaq:LAVA), a provider of semiconductor design software, today announced a line-up of demos for the 44th Design Automation Conference that will show how engineers can "Design Ahead of the Curve"(tm) using products Magma developed over the past year as the company broadened its portfolio of IC design products. The new Talus(tm) IC implementation system, methods for minimizing power consumption, and design for manufacturability (DFM) capabilities integrated in the design flow will be among the technology Magma demonstrates at DAC 2007 which is held June 3-8 in San Diego.
