St. Bernard and GFI Software Sign First OEM Agreement for iGuard URL Database
Agreement Extends the Reach of St. Bernard's Web-Filtering Database to the Global SMB Market

Bernard Software, Inc. (OTCBB : SBSW ), a global provider of security and

announced it signed an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement for
its iGuard URL database with GFI Software. The deal
further positions St. Bernard as a leading OEM partner for companies
focused on providing quality, cost-effective security solutions to the SMB
market.
GFI is a leading software developer that provides a single source for IT
administrators to address network and content security needs. The company
will utilize St. Bernard's proprietary database, iGuard, for the
development of a Web-filtering software solution that will extend to over
120,000 customers worldwide. GFI WebMonitor for ISA Server is currently
scheduled for deployment during Q3 2007.
iGuard is St. Bernard's 100% human-reviewed Web-filtering database that
powers iPrism, the company's dedicated Internet-filtering appliance, and LivePrism, the company's hosted Web-filtering solution. St. Bernard security
analysts analyze URLs 'around-the-clock' to ensure companies accurately
block employees from accessing inappropriate sites. The database is
currently comprised of 63 standard categories, plus eight customizable
