532,051 Orion A-shares converted into B-shares
 
In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Orion Corporation, 532,051
A-shares have been converted into 532,051  B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 21 May 2007. After the conversion there are 53,823,350 A-shares and 87,434,478 B-shares in the company.
