Nolato sells AB Cerbo Göteborg and Medigrafik A/S

Nolato signed an agreement today with Strålfors for the sale of AB Cerbo
Göteborg and Medigrafik A/S. The companies are involved in the development and
production of printed packaging for the pharmaceutical industry and were part of
the acquisition of Cerbo Group, which Nolato completed in early March this year.

“Their graphically oriented operations are outside our core area,” noted Georg
Brunstam, who is the president and CEO of Nolato. “With the sale to Strålfors,
the companies now get an owner with a strong focus on graphic operations.”

Cerbo Göteborg and Medigrafik have some 100 employees and are expected to have
sales in 2007 of SEK 145 million. The purchase price is SEK 134 million (on a
debt-free basis), and cash was paid when the agreement was signed.

“The integration of the other Cerbo companies acquired in March has been a
success and is going as planned,” added Mr. Brunstam.
