Tele2 increases its existing credit facility by approximately SEK 10.8 billion


Stockholm - Tele2 AB ("Tele2"), (Stockholm Stock Exchange: TEL2 A and
TEL2 B), Europe's leading alternative telecom operator, today
announced that it has increased its existing credit facility by SEK
10,790 billion. The total facility amount will after the increase
amount to SEK 29,59 billion.

The increase has been provided by a group of leading international
banks with WestLB as facility agent. The additional amount can be
used for general corporate purposes and is based on the terms and
conditions of the current loan agreement.
