The following notification is submitted on behalf of certain primary insiders in Thin Film Electronics ASA. On 27 June 2007 the primary insider Morten Opstad was granted 75,000 subscription rights and the primary insiders Johan Carlsson and Rolf Åberg were each granted 150,000 subscription rights under the Company's 2007 Subscription Right Plan, each subscription right having an exercise price of NOK 10.80 per share. The subscription rights vest in tranches over four (4) years, and terminate in 2012. After the grant, Mr. Opstad, directly or indirectly through close associates, holds 23,210 shares and 75,000 subscription rights, Mr. Carlsson holds 0 (nil) shares and 150,000 subscription rights, and Mr. Åberg holds 0 (nil) shares and 150,000 subscription rights in the Company.
