In conformity with Rule 13.1 of the Interim Transparency Rules of the Financial Regulator, Kenmare announces that :

 

Kenmare's issued share capital consists of 690,585,720 Ordinary Shares of nominal value Euro 0.06 each with voting rights.  Kenmare does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Kenmare is 690,585,720.

 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Kenmare under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 and the Interim Transparency Rules.
