Russ Wofford Joins King & Spalding as Partner


ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - July 5, 2007) - King & Spalding, a leading international law firm, announced today that M. Russell Wofford, Jr., an antitrust lawyer with significant experience handling a broad array of antitrust litigation and counseling, has joined the firm as a partner in its business litigation practice. Wofford brings an extensive background in conspiracy, price discrimination and monopolization matters to the firm's Atlanta office. He will focus his practice primarily on antitrust matters related to intellectual property issues, especially in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices industries.

Who's Who Legal, the official research partner of the International Bar Association, described Wofford as "highly recommended by clients and peers" for his expertise in antitrust.

Wofford received a B.A. from Princeton University, an M.A. from the University of Glasgow and a J.D. from the University of Chicago. Between college and law school he served as a Ranger-qualified officer in the U.S. Army.
