On 5 July 2007 Olympic Entertainment Group AS concluded a contract for holding acquiring of 97,5% in Kesklinna Hotelli OÜ. Kesklinna Hotelli OÜ has been established in 2007 and the enterprise lacks former business activity. The aim of the operation is to continue the new trend of casino hotels and casino resorts of OEG. The present operation is not to be treated as an acquiring of major holding in the context of Tallinn Stock Exchange. The holding acquiring operation of Kesklinna Hotelli OÜ is not connected with a person and the members of Olympic Entertainment Group Management Board and Supervisory Board are not interested in the operation in any other way.
