Novator announces in a press-release dated July 23, 2007 acceptances of 99.66 per cent of the total share capital in Actavis Group hf. The conditions set forth by Novator in the takeover offer have been fulfilled and the offer is hereby declared unconditional on behalf of the offeror. According to this information Actavis Group (IS0000000420) will be removed from OMXI15 index. Last inclusion date for Actavis Group will be July 23, 2007.
