The current rules of the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB state that a listed company will be placed on the observation segment if the company is subject to a public offer or if a bidder has disclosed its intention to raise such a bid in respect of the company.
With reference to what is stated above, the shares in SalusAnsvar AB (ISIN code SE0000314502 and order book ID 1053) will be placed on the observation segment.
