Norwegian authorities have issued the certificate confirming that Prosafe SE now can transfer its registered office to Cyprus. The transfer of the registered office and the amended Memorandum and Articles of Association will take effect on the date on which Prosafe SE is registered in the Cyprus Register of Companies.
Application for registration has been filed with the Cyprus Register of Companies, and Prosafe SE expects that the registration and transfer of the registered office will take place Friday 21 September 2007 or one of the next few days. Confirmed date of transfer, new par value of the shares and new ISIN-number will be published as soon as registration has taken place.
