Perron, former SAP executive, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer
and Executive Vice President. Karl brings 16+ years of management
expertise from both established and fast growth companies to this position
and will be responsible for worldwide sales, marketing and services
operations.

since 1995 in a variety of senior management positions in sales,
outsourcing services, professional services, and development and testing.
In addition, he has held senior management positions at enterprise software
and services firms including Paymetric Inc.; Computer Sciences Corporation;
GK Intelligent Systems; and BlueStar Solutions.
Karl earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Texas A&M University and
completed an international business program at the Instituto Tecnológico y
de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico.
