Management is positioning itself to rapidly grow its business. Management has a combination of consumer brand experience and market expertise that will provide Trustcash with the knowledge and experience to make the Trustcash brand a choice for payments throughout the world of ecommerce. Trustcash's board of directors and senior management is composed of two prominent business entrepreneurs: Dennis W. Shafer, serving as chairman of the board; and Greg Moss serving as director and chief executive officer.

Dennis Shafer has been active in providing advisory and management services to private equity firms engaged in leveraged buyouts, as well as startups and early growth ventures in technology and consumer products and services. He provided financing and business development for a pioneer in the internet video streaming business during the emergence of internet retailing, facilitated the merger of a NASDAQ company with a private business, supported the sale of a large private company to a NYSE corporation, and has provided business strategy and financing services to a variety of other innovative consumer businesses.

Shafer was previously President and CEO of Benetton Sportsystem, the former sports subsidiary of the Italian-based Benetton Group (NYSE-BNG), President of Carlisle Plastics Home Products, a leader in consumer goods manufacturing, and developed several internationally recognized consumer brands during his career.

Trustcash was founded by President and CEO Greg Moss. Prior to starting Trustcash, Mr. Moss was Vice President of Partnership Development of In-Store Broadcasting Network (IBN) where he was responsible for building a national media network of over 15,000 grocery and drug stores making IBN one of the largest in-store media companies in the U.S. He founded Trustcash in 2003 after recognizing the opportunity to create a stored value transaction system that would allow anyone with Internet access -- even those without credit cards -- to buy anonymously and safely online.
