Peter Gjörup appointed President of NCC Construction Norway

Peter Gjörup has been appointed new President of NCC Construction Norway,
replacing Sven Christian Ulvatne, who has decided to leave NCC. Peter Gjörup
will take office on October 1, 2007, will report to CEO Olle Ehrlén and be part
of NCC's Group Management.

Peter Gjörup, aged 48, holds a degree in engineering from the Royal Institute of
Technology in Stockholm and has worked at NCC since 1984. Since 1994, he has
held various regional management positions, most recently as manager of Region
Norrland for NCC Construction Sweden. 

He will assume his new position on October 1, 2007. 

As previously reported, Sven Christian Ulvatne has resigned from NCC and will be
moving to BackeGruppen in Stavanger, Norway. Sven Christian Ulvatne will remain
at NCC until his six-month period of notice ends on February 23, 2008.
