Pursuant to section 28 of the Danish Securities Trading Act we hereby announce
that since the most recent “Section 28 report”, Alm. Brand A/S and its
subsidiaries have increased their holding of own shares to 1,053,942,
equivalent to 5.05% of the share capital in Alm. Brand A/S.
The most recent report on Alm. Brand A/S and its subsidiaries' holding of own
shares was dated 10 August 2007 and was for 657,586 shares, equal to 3.17% of
the share capital.
Under Alm. Brand's DKKm 700 share buyback programme running from the date the
annual report was released until the end of January 2008 Alm. Brand has now
repurchased DKK 342,563,442 worth of own shares have now been repurchased.
