BinckBank continues discussions with Rabobank Nederland on acquisition Alex on exclusive basis

The earlier announced discussions between BinckBank N.V. and Rabobank Nederland with regard to the possible acquisition of Alex will be continued on an exclusive basis.
 
The Netherlands Competition Authority will be informed of the possible transaction as soon as possible.
