AlliedBarton Security Services Names New Chief Security Officer

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA--(Marketwire - October 29, 2007) - AlliedBarton Security Services names Tom Browning the new Chief Security Officer and Vice President - Compliance. In this role Browning is responsible for the Company's internal security needs and internal compliance functions, including licensing.

Browning joins AlliedBarton from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Criminal Investigation Division in Trenton, NJ, where he served as special agent for more than 10 years. Before serving with the EPA, he was a special agent for the U.S. Naval Criminal Investigative Service's Fraud Unit and Foreign Counterintelligence Unit. Browning also served as a Criminal Investigator for the Montgomery County District Attorney's office in Norristown, PA.

Browning earned his master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his bachelor's degree from the University of Scranton.

He is also an Adjunct Professor in the Administration of Criminal Justice Graduate Program at Villanova University.
