Yara owned 30.05% of the shares in GrowHow throughout the third quarter, and as a result GrowHow third-quarter net income will be included in Yara's fourth-quarter results on an equity-accounted basis.
Following the completion on 4 October 2007 of its tender offer, Yara's ownership in GrowHow increased to 97.55%, as a result of which GrowHow will be consolidated into Yara's financial statements from the start of fourth quarter 2007.
