Nomination committee in Peab Industri

The Annual General Meeting held in May 2007 adopted a resolution that the
company shall have a nomination committee consisting of four members of which
two would be representatives for two of the major shareholders as at the
beginning of October, one representative would be appointed by the Swedish
National Association of Share Investors and one would be the chairman of the
board of directors. In accordance therewith the company's larger shareholders
have appointed Erik Paulsson and Karl-Axel Granlund as their representatives in
the nomination committee. The Swedish National Association of Share Investors
has declared that, according to an earlier decision in principle, they will not
appoint a representative in the nomination committee. Therefore, the nomination
committee will, until the Annual General Meeting 2008, consist only of the
following three members.

•  Mats Paulsson, chairman of the board in Peab Industri AB  
•  Erik Paulsson, representative for Erik Paulsson with family and companies
•  Karl-Axel Granlund, representative for Karl-Axel Granlund with companies

Erik Paulsson has been appointed as Chariman of the nomination committee.

The term of office of the nomination committee runs until the appointment of a
new nomination committee.
