Ambu A/S is holding its Annual General Meeting today at 2.30 pm. At the Annual General Meeting the Chairman of the Board of Directors will outline the reasons why the outlook for FY 2006/07 was not fully realised, while also describing developments in the first two months of FY 2007/08.
