Referring to Section 28 of the Danish Securities Act, we hereby announce that   
Vestjysk Bank A/S has acquired a shareholding of own shares - securities ID     
DK0010304500 - so that as of today the total shareholding amounts to 442.227    
shares corresponding to 5,1% of the total share capital.                        

Compared to the lates report of 11 January 2007, this represents an increase of 
165.310 shares.
