Craig S. Roth Named Group Publisher, Diversion Magazine Group

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - February 8, 2008) - Diversion Magazine Group today announced that
Craig S. Roth has been named to the new position of Group Publisher,
Diversion Magazine Group, a division of Hearst Business Media. "Diversion"
is a leading monthly travel and lifestyle publication for U.S. physicians
and specialists.
In his newly created role, Roth will work to extend the Diversion brand by
developing sponsored and special projects, serving additional advertising
bases and increasing Diversion's presence on the Web.

Roth joins Diversion from Vendome Group LLC, where he served as vice
president/publishing director of the healthcare division. He oversaw
multiple brands including market-leading "Behavioral Healthcare,"
"Healthcare Informatics," "Addiction Professional" and "Healthcare Design."
Prior to his work at Vendome, Roth was group publisher of Advanstar Life
Sciences Division's "Formulary Journal" and "Managed Healthcare Executive"
titles. Roth has more than 23 years of media experience in health care,
technology, real estate and finance. He is a graduate of Syracuse
University.
