Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On February 15, 2008 , UBS AG Zurich, Switzerland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
STADA Arzneimittel AG, Bad Vilbel, Germany, ISIN: DE0007251803, WKN:
725180, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on February 08,
2008  and now amount to 3.02% (this corresponds to 1771469 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.21% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 708354 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
