digiMedical Solutions, Inc.(TM) Signs Contract With Dr. David R. Axline Increasing Regional Footprint and Supporting 2008 $10 Million Revenue Goal

COLLEYVILLE, TX--(Marketwire - April 3, 2008) - digiMedical Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DGMS) announced today that the Company has signed a contract with Dr. David R. Axline in Naples, Florida, to implement the digiRX system and digiReauth call center services. Dr. Axline is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and is part of the Collier Heart Group, a high traffic three-physician practice located in Naples, Florida offering comprehensive cardiology care to nearly 100 patients a day.

The digiRX and digiReauth systems and services will provide digital prescription handling for Dr. Axline's office and will take over the prescription reauthorization processing and refill management services.

This contract follows digiMedical's recent announcement of increasing the sales team in the Naples and Fort Myers, Florida, markets to expand the Company's regional footprint and support the Company's $10 million 2008 revenue goal. The Company has also announced other recent contracts with Dr. Santos-Ocampo, also of the Collier Heart Group, the Medical Director of Vanish Vein and Laser Center and Dr. Wey of the Neuroscience and Spine Associates in Naples, Florida.

digiMedical has seen an immediate increase in call volume for prescription reauthorizations since adding these recent contracts.
