Munich, 24 April 2008. Management board and supervisory board of Premiere
AG have resolved today to propose to the annual general meeting on 12 June
2008 to resolve that the number of the members of the supervisory board of
Premiere AG is increased from three to six and that section 8 (1) of the
articles of association of Premiere AG is amended accordingly.

The supervisory board of Premiere AG has resolved today to propose to the
annual general meeting on 12 June 2008 that Messrs. Thomas Mockridge, CEO
of Sky Italia S.r.l., Mark Andrew Williams, CFO of News International Ltd.
and member of the board of directors of Sky Italia S.r.l., and Markus
Tellenbach, chairman of the board of directors of Convers Media Services
Ltd., are elected as further three members of the supervisory board of
Premiere AG subject to the condition precedent that the aforementioned
amendment of the articles of association is registered in the commercial
register.
