Superior Fibers Acquires Polyester Pleat Media Business

Extends Global Leadership in Filtration Media


BREMEN, OH--(Marketwire - May 1, 2008) - Superior Fibers, a world leader in filtration media products, today announced it has purchased the assets of PRECISIONAIRE® polyester pleat media from Flanders Corporation (NASDAQ: FLDR). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
