Teleca's rights issue fully subscribed

Teleca's rights issue has been completed. Symphony Technology Group, having
issued a subscription guarantee, subscribed for its pro rata share of the rights
issue and an additional 10,202,422 class B shares. Accordingly, the rights issue
was subscribed for in its entirety. Following completion of the rights issue,
Symphony Technology Group owns 23 per cent of the shares and 27 per cent of the
votes in Teleca. 

As a consequence of the rights issue, the number of shares in Teleca increases
by 145,555 class A shares and 13,716,106 class B shares. Following the issue,
475,555 class A shares and 75,763,583 class B shares will be outstanding.

Trading in the new class B shares on OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm is scheduled
to commence on 9 May 2008. 

The rights issue will provide the company with approximately SEK 152 million
before transaction costs.

Additional class B shares will be issued shortly as consideration for Symphony
Technology Group's subscription guarantee. The exact number of shares issued
will be stated in a separate press release as soon as the formal resolution to
issue the shares has been adopted.
