AmeriChip International Inc. Appoints Ken Mann President, CEO and Director


CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich., May 28, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- AmeriChip International, Inc. (OTCBB:ACII) announced today the appointment of Kenneth W. Mann as President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors.

Kenneth W. Mann has over 20 years of senior management experience and has managed over 400 employees with operating budgets in excess of $220 million.

Also, by a written consent of the majority of the holders of AmeriChip International, Inc. capital stock, the following directors have been removed as members of the Board of Directors of AmeriChip International, Inc.: Thomas P. Schwanitz, Edward Rutkowski, William M. Donovan.

Joseph I. Emas and Marc Walther remain as members of the Board of Directors of AmeriChip International, Inc. Marc Walther is Chairman and Chief Technical Officer.
