Collective Media Strengthens Leadership Team and Continues Company Growth With Three Advertising Industry Experts


NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - May 29, 2008) - Collective Media, a leading online advertising network and technology company, today announced the appointment of three executives with deep online advertising backgrounds. The additions will help drive the company's growth and continue its momentum as one of the fastest growing premium ad networks and ad technology providers. This announcement comes on the heels of Collective Media expanding its national presence with new offices in the key advertising and publishing markets of San Francisco and Boston.

Andrew Kraft joins as general manager of Collective Media's publisher solutions and will lead all aspects of Collective Media's recently announced AMP™, an ad network management solution that allows premium publishers to create their own branded, vertical ad networks. Kraft comes to Collective Media from the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), where he served as vice president of member services and revenue development, working with top executives at the world's largest publishers. Prior to the IAB, Kraft was responsible for the concept and launch of the Digital Marketing Conference and Expo with VNU Expositions, and founded Executivity, a digital marketing and management consulting firm.

Veronica Mathieson joins the company as vice president of marketing. She is responsible for spearheading Collective Media's marketing and public relations efforts, strengthening Collective's leadership and brand awareness in the online advertising marketplace. Prior to Collective Media, Mathieson was vice president of marketing at Undertone Networks where she led all marketing and PR operations. She has also held senior marketing leadership positions with Motorola's Multiservice Networks Division and Vanguard Managed Solutions.

Lee Levitan is Collective Media's new vice president of finance and operations. Levitan will be responsible for overseeing overall financial performance and strategic operations. Levitan was previously at HAVAS Media where he was vice president and global controller. HAVAS Media is the media division of HAVAS and one of the top-ranked communications consulting companies worldwide.
