EQUITY OF EIRIKUVA DIGITAL IMAGE OYJ ABP HAS REDUCED TO UNDER HALF OF SHARE     
CAPITAL                                                                         

Equity of Eirikuva Digital Image Oyj Abp has reduced to under half of the share 
capital in the meaning of chapter 20, section 23.3 of the Companies Act. The    
company shall at a time to be notified later hold an extraordinary general      
meeting in accordance with the Companies Act to handle the situation. In order  
to remedy the situation the Board of Directors of the Company intends to propose
a reduction of share capital.
