Implemented share subscription within the framework of the Sweco warrant program
05/08 

Within the framework of Sweco's warrant program 05/08, through the exercise of
the warrants, a total of 1 588 480 series B shares in Sweco have been subscribed
to at a subscription price of SEK 26,70 per share. The share subscription has
been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and VPC and means
an increase in share capital of SEK 1 588 480 from SEK 87 814 350 to SEK 89 402
830, as well as an increase in the number of series B shares from 76 875 275 to
78 463 755.
