Before Christmas, Nykredit was granted approval to pre-issue mortgage bonds in
order that Totalkredit and Nykredit could grant loans until and including 20
June 2008 on the basis of loan offers made under the previous mortgage
legislation. In total, Totalkredit and Nykredit have used 33% of the pre-issued
bonds. Pre-issued bonds not used to fund loans will be cancelled as from 27
June 2008.
The DKK-denominated amount of bonds to be cancelled totals DKK 40bn, and the
EUR-denominated amount of bonds totals EUR 1bn. Please refer to the attached
appendix for a list of the ISINs cancelled.
