Olympic Entertainment Group AS has reorganised the structure of the Concern during this year as follows: - juridical re-establishemnt of activities of Estonian subsidiary Nordic Gaming AS in January, changes in court register were made in May; - the juridical merger of Latvian subsidiaries Olympic Casino Group Baltic SIA and Olympic Casino Latvia SIA was finished in March, as a result Olympic Casino Group Baltic SIA was dissolved from Latvian enterprise register; - juridical merger of Latvian subsidiaries Faraons SIA ja Ahti SIA was decided in March; - liquidation of Estonian subsidiaries Jokker-Pokker OÜ and Casinova OÜ was decided in May. - Reorganisation of structure does not have any significant impact on Olympic Entertainment Group AS Concern economic activities.
