The PlasmaSelect Group today sold and transfered its marketing
authorizations, trademarks, export distribution contracts and German
inventories related to its product Haemaccel® to the Indian Piramal
Healthcare Group. The purchase price amounted to approximately 8 million
euros. The PlasmaSelect Group will, for the time being, continue to market
in Germany and Italy and to manufacture the product Haemaccel® for Piramal.
