Fixed income: Instruments of Bear Stearns Global Asset Holding, Ltd. transferred back from the observation segment (103/08)

On June 30th, 2008, JPMorgan Chase & Co.  published information regarding the merger with Bear Stearns Inc. According to the press release JPMorgan Chase & Co. expects the merger to be completed by July 15th, 2008. Pending the completion of this transaction JPMorgan Chase has fully and unconditionally guaranteed U.S. debt securities and obligations relating to trust preferred securities.   
	
With reference to what is stated above, OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm has decided that the eight index linked bonds issued by Bear Stearns Global Asset Holding, Ltd. (ISIN code SE0002015867, SE0002046714, SE0002085589, SE0001994427, SE0002053215, SE0002003129, SE0001994419 and SE0002053207 will be transferred back to its ordinary position. 

The shares will be transferred with effect from Tuesday, July 8th, 2008.
