BinckBank to augment managing board with a chief operating officer

BinckBank N.V. today announced that it intends to nominate Mr. Koen Beentjes (1961) for appointment to the Managing Board at its upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Beentjes will serve as Vice Chairman of the Managing Board and Chief Operating Officer (COO) with responsibility for operations, legal affairs, compliance and the project office.
