Emportal Announces New Vice President of Product Operations

WALNUT CREEK, CA--(Marketwire - July 28, 2008) - Uniting the way business works with the way people work, Emportal today announced that Matthew Rice, a marketing and management executive with 20 years of experience, has joined the company as vice president of Product Operations. Rice will lead efforts in product management, product marketing and client service.

Rice's previous professional experience includes being vice president of Emerging Products for Risk Management Solutions, Inc., a company that offers products and services for the management of catastrophe risk. Prior to that, he served as senior director of Marketing and Product Management at Audatex (formerly ADP Claims Services Group), a provider of insurance claims software and services. Rice has held product management, sales, marketing and consulting positions at Injury Sciences, LLC, Alta Analytics, and Computer Sciences Corporation. He holds a B.S. in management and marketing from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
