Oslo (2008-08-08): On Thursday 7 August Egil Hogna, Chief Financial Officer, Yara International ASA, purchased 1,000 Yara shares at a price of NOK 329 per share. Following this purchase Mr. Hogna owns 3,580 Yara shares. On the same date Hallgeir Storvik, Head of Supply and Trade, Yara International ASA, purchased 1,000 Yara shares at a price of NOK 331.50 per share. Following this purchase Mr. Storvik owns 11,700 Yara shares.
