MILPITAS, CA--(Marketwire - September 2, 2008) - Aquantia, the leading developer of
mainstream 10GBASE-T solutions, today announced that it has named Anders
Swahn as an outside member of its board of directors. Swahn has a strong
track record of building and running successful companies, and is also a
key investment advisor to major venture capital firms.
Most recently, Swahn was CEO of picoChip. Prior to that, he was co-founder

includes executive-level positions at AMD and Allied Telesyn.
"Aquantia has established itself

is actively engaged with top-tier switching and server customers. As we
enter the next phase in the growth of the company, we continue to add
talent and experience at all levels," said Phil Delansay, president and CEO
of Aquantia. "Anders has more than 20 years of experience in technology
management and investment in the Silicon Valley, with most of that in

our business strategy."
"Aquantia has clearly demonstrated
its technology leadership in the 10GBASE-T market, having consistently
outperformed the competition," said Anders Swahn. "I have immediately been
impressed with the team and their vision and am looking forward to
contributing to its success."
