Cattlemen's Beef Association (NCBA) Cattlemen to Cattlemen television
program scheduled to air three times this week on RFD-TV syndicated through

Ms. Saunders was featured on the program as a subject expert on Country of
Origin Labeling (COOL). Effective September 30, 2008, all muscle cuts and
ground beef (including veal), lamb, chicken, goat and pork produced and
packaged after September 30, 2008, must be labeled at retail to include a
country of origin label (COOL). The rule also covers perishable
agricultural commodities (fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables),
