With reference to the company announcement issued on 11 July 2008 which
announced Kurt Erling Birk's wish to resign as CEO of Ambu A/S in order to
retire, as well as Lars Marcher's appointment as new CEO, we can hereby
inform you that Lars Marcher will take up the position as CEO on 13 October
2008.
Up until the end of the year and also beyond, Kurt Erling Birk will be
assisting with the completion of a number of projects and the handover in
general.
