PHILADELPHIA, PA--(Marketwire - November 10, 2008) - On behalf of Family Ventures, LLC, Binswanger is pleased to announce the lease of the 76,500 sq. ft. Vineland Ice Arena to Canlan Ice Sports Corp. The arena is located at 2111 Industrial Way in Vineland, N.J. The lease includes an option to buy.
The largest private sector operator of recreational ice facilities in North America, Canlan opened the doors to the new Vineland arena in mid-October. The Canadian company is one of the world leaders in day-to-day operations and programming, which includes adult and youth hockey leagues, figure skating clubs, camps, and others. The rink in Vineland is part of the company's long-term plan for strategic expansion into U.S. markets.
As part of the transaction the new tenant also has secured incentive financing, which is being provided by the City of Vineland through the New Jersey Urban Enterprize Zone program.
