addition of Jeff Doyle as Vice President of Research. Jeff will be

joining Synergy, Jeff has held senior level positions in the Telecom and
Networking Industry, including Senior Network Architect at Juniper
Networks. Jeff is also a well respected author and has published several
books: "Routing TCP/IP," (volumes I and II); "OSPF and IS-IS: Choosing an
IGP for Large Scale Networks"; and "CCIE Professional Development."
Jeff has also been influential in the design and architecture of
large-scale IP networks throughout North America, Europe, Japan, Korea,

networks and architectures. He has presented at NANOG, JANOG, APRICOT,
