 Invesco PowerShares will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York
 City's Times Square to celebrate the 10-Year Anniversary of QQQ
 (Nasdaq:QQQQ), one of the world's most actively traded securities
 benchmarked to the NASDAQ-100 Index. The index is the leading
 indicator of NASDAQ-listed securities comprised of the 100 largest
 non-financial stocks listed on The NASDAQ Stock Market.

 In honor of the occasion, Bruce Bond, President and Chief
